Responsibilities:
-Operate Laser Cutting Machines: Set up, calibrate, and operate laser cutting machines to produce metal parts based on specifications and blueprints.
-Read and Interpret Technical Drawings: Review CAD designs, blueprints, and other specifications to ensure cuts meet precise standards and measurements.
-Material Handling: Load and unload materials into the laser machine, ensuring materials are secured and aligned for optimal cutting.
-Quality Control: Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency, and make adjustments to the laser machine settings as necessary to maintain high standards.
-Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and minor troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
-Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and laser safety protocols.
-Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities for reporting and quality assurance purposes.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce precise, high-quality work with strong attention to detail in measuring, cutting, and finishing.
-Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common laser machine issues independently.
-Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, lift materials (up to 50 lbs), and operate machinery for extended periods.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting.
-Technical Skills: Familiarity with laser cutting equipment (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Epilog), CNC controls, and CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
-Knowledge of Materials: Understanding of different metal types (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel) and how each material responds to laser cutting.
-Safety Awareness: Knowledge of laser safety protocols, OSHA standards, and safe handling of equipment.
