Act as a primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing account by analyzing customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that drive revenue and meet account objectives.
Partner closely with the sales team to provide exceptional service, combining product expertise with strategic account management.
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to address client needs.
Proactively address any client concerns or challenges, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
Serve as a client advocate, delivering insights and feedback to improve products and services.
Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and make informed recommendations.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
