Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and enforce safety programs, local, state, and federal safety regulations, and jobsite-specific safety expectations, coordinating with the Director of Safety and Human Resources as needed.
- Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, assembly, and site cleanliness are met and maintained.
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of all daily jobsite activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors through weekly and monthly meetings to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in the construction field, two years of experience as a construction foreman, or any equivalent combination
- Previous carpentry experience is a plus
