This is a IT field support position in a Warehouse/Office environment. This position consist of Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) amongst other job duties.
Responsibilities:
* Works directly with customers in our distribution center

* Installs and supports both software and hardware
* Works with desktops, laptops, thin clients, servers, networks and phone equipment
* Expected to support all divisional and corporate IT projects while keeping accurate documentation
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
* Knowledge of Cisco networking language and equipment
* Ability to follow instructions on paper or commands via a phone conference during the installation/deployment of hardware or software or while resolving a hardware or software problem
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
*Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment with focus on Intel/Microsoft Windows based systems
