Responsibilities:
Maintain and support PC systems, peripherals, and associated IT infrastructure.
Oversee the lifecycle management of desktop and branch IT hardware, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.
Provide second-level technical support for hardware and software escalations.
Procure, install, and manage PC equipment and peripherals.
Conduct research on new computer products and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper communication regarding new or existing user services.
Document user requests, business needs, and technical specifications.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience leading desktop-related IT projects.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of vendor relations for troubleshooting and procurement purposes.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent IT certification.
3-5 years of experience in PC support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products.
Experience with PC hardware, peripherals, and networking principles (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, cabling).
Basic understanding of inventory systems, printer maintenance, and hexadecimal numbering systems.
