Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities May Include:
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Escalate complex issues to Microsoft CSP
Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
Train end-users on basic computer and software usage
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software
Familiarity with VOIP phone systems
Customer service skills
Attention to detail
Time management and prioritization
Teamwork and collaboration
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office suite, and common software applications
Familiarity with Mac OS and mobile device platforms
Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication in English, verbal and written communication abilities
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred)
