Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in an IT support role, with a focus on multi-location environments.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and various software applications.Experience with network administration (LAN/WAN), including routers, firewalls, and VPNs.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise technical support.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage IT needs across multiple locations.Valid driver?s license and ability to travel occasionally to remote locations as needed.This role is based at the corporate office in Bryan/College Station, with occasional travel to smaller locations for on-site support. Remote support for troubleshooting and resolving issues at different locations will be required regularly.
