Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotes for IT hardware, software, licensing, and services using internal tools and vendor portals.
Analyze client requirements and provide product recommendations aligned with their business needs.
Liaise with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, product availability, and special bid incentives.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quotes prior to submission.
Track and follow up on pending quotes and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product releases, and vendor programs.
Support sales and procurement teams in negotiating pricing and terms.
Work with CRM and ERP systems to manage quoting workflows and documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
3+ years of experience in IT quoting, sales support, or procurement in a technology-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware (servers, laptops, networking equipment) and software (Microsoft, VMware, security suites, licensing models).
Familiarity with vendor portals such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data, CDW, or similar.
Experience working with quoting tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
