Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize IT-related documentation, including hardware/software inventory, licenses, and vendor contracts.
Schedule and coordinate IT team meetings, training sessions, and project timelines.
Manage and process IT-related purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
Provide basic technical support to employees, including password resets, system access issues, and device setup.
Log and track IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to relevant personnel.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including setting up accounts and equipment.
Update and maintain IT databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports on system performance, ticket resolutions, and inventory status.
Support data backups and recovery processes as needed.
Liaise with vendors to manage orders, warranties, and service agreements.
Monitor IT inventory levels and assist with procurement of equipment and software.
Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and technical support.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures, including security protocols.
Assist in documenting and updating IT policies, user guides, and FAQs.
Support compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Identify opportunities for streamlining IT administrative processes.
Stay updated on basic IT tools and systems to improve efficiency and support.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior administrative support experience, preferably in an IT environment.
Familiarity with IT systems, tools, and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and IT tools like ticketing systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
