Spherion Staffing, in partnership with the Department of Health Services is seeking a Quality Program Specialist to join the IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) program team. This Medicaid-funded program provides self-directed long-term care to Wisconsin adults with disabilities and frailties of aging. As the Quality Program Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in improving care quality, ensuring participant safety, and supporting the success of the IRIS program.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the IRIS quality management program.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Investigate grievances, critical incidents, and appeals to ensure compliance with program standards.
- Provide technical assistance and training to contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze program data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to enhance program outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Must be a WI Resident
- Experience with self-determination and community resources for individuals with disabilities.
- Strong background in care management for frail elders and adults with disabilities.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, quality assurance methods, and person-centered planning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and travel within Wisconsin.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
