• Develop, implement, and monitor the IRIS quality management program.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Investigate grievances, critical incidents, and appeals to ensure compliance with program standards.
• Provide technical assistance and training to contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to enhance program outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must be a WI Resident
• Experience with self-determination and community resources for individuals with disabilities.
• Strong background in care management for frail elders and adults with disabilities.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, quality assurance methods, and person-centered planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and travel within Wisconsin.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
