Responsibilities:
Reviewing US income tax returns, including various international information reporting forms
Preparing and reviewing workpapers and documentation related to Subpart F, PTEP, E&P, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and other tax attributes
Preparing and reviewing ASC 740 tax provisions for multinational businesses
Advising clients on outbound and inbound tax planning and structuring
Researching and consulting on various international tax matters
Developing and growing a business network with colleagues, referral relationships, potential clients, and external organizations to attract new business
Holding oneself and others accountable for business development goals
Developing and motivating team members
Contributing to and communicating openly on practice and firm strategy, goals, and best practices
Setting and achieving periodic goals that enhance your value and contributions to the firm and clients
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Advanced international taxation knowledge
Proficiency in tax software and technology solutions
Transfer pricing experience
Project management certification or training
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, German)
Mergers & acquisitions tax experience
Cross-functional leadership skills
Public speaking and presentation abilities
Established network with tax authorities and professional organizations
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting; Master?s degree in Tax is preferred
7+ years of recent public accounting firm experience, including managing multiple tax accounting projects and client engagements, directing and scheduling staff, and managing workflow; additional industry experience a plus
CPA certification
Broad technical knowledge of inbound and outbound structure planning and worldwide tax minimization
Strong GAAP Financial Accounting/ASC 740 knowledge
Experience mentoring, guiding, and training associates
Familiarity with tax technology
Ability to manage and grow client relationships
Excellent multitasking, continuous learning commitment, leadership, and project management skills
