Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Meet and strive to exceed established performance metrics
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience working in an office environment preferred
Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1-4 years of customer service experience
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic computer proficiency
Comfortable using computer and phone systems simultaneously
