Responsibilities:
- Effectively prepare job sites for setup and tear down
- Assist in installing products according to manufacturer specifications and building code requirements
- Work collaboratively with the Lead Installer to provide exceptional service to customers
- Participate in and promote safety initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete all required installation, safety, and other job-related training
- Foster a positive team environment
- Demonstrate personal accountability and leadership
- Build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Trade school diploma or certification (preferred but not required)
- Two years of general carpentry experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience in window and door installation (preferred but not required)
- Residential home remodeling experience (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work at heights using ladders, planks, and roofs
- Attention to detail and a high standard of integrity
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, frequently stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and work outdoors year-round
- Ability to handle exposure to pets and other animals (cats, dogs, bees, etc.)
- Experience using hand and power tools
