Responsibilities:
Precision Coating: Apply primers, paints, and coatings to products according to customer specifications.
Quality Control: Ensure all painted products meet rigorous quality standards and are completed on time.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain all painting equipment, including pressure pots, spray guns, paint hoses, and spray booths.
Record Keeping: Accurately maintain production reports, mixing logs, process sheets, and product identification tags.
Waste Management: Safely monitor and control the disposal of paint-related waste in compliance with regulations.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain clean and organized work areas, including production, storage, and waste disposal areas.
Support Production: Assist with loading and unloading paint lines and other production tasks as needed.
Safety First: Wear and maintain appropriate safety equipment at all times.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial spray painting or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of spray guns, paint pots, spray booths, and other painting equipment.
Attention to detail and strong understanding of quality control processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
Basic math skills for counting, mixing, and reporting tasks.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior experience in industrial settings (not construction or automotive painting).
Familiarity with waste management protocols for paint disposal.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production teams.
