Spherion Fargo is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Industrial Maintenance Coordinator to direct all maintenance operations in a high-demand industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep mechanical background with hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of equipment, including boilers, grinders, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and industrial machinery, as well as operating or maintaining heavy equipment such as pay loaders and skid steers. The role also involves overseeing snow removal operations during the winter season.

Pay $30-32/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency
-Plan, schedule, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on: Boiler systems, Industrial grinders, Pneumatic and hydraulic machinery, Mechanical systems and production equipment, Heavy equipment (e.g., pay loaders, skid steers)
-Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
-Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
-Manage snow removal operations, including maintenance and operation of related equipment
-Develop and apply maintenance procedures and safety protocols
-Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and equipment histories
-Coordinate with production, operations, and safety departments to support facility goals
-Oversee parts inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance budgeting
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Boiler operator license or certification (a plus)
-Experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or industrial processing environment

High School

4-7 years
Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
-Strong mechanical aptitude with experience across multiple systems and machine types
-Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting: Boilers, Grinders, Pneumatics and hydraulics, Heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, skid steers), Industrial production machinery
-Familiar with snow removal equipment and procedures
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Must be able to work flexible hours as needed for emergencies or seasonal demands
