Responsibilities:
Provide on-site/remote customer implementation as a trainer, consultant, and advisor to managers and key personnel.
Provide pre-implementation and follow-up support to customers throughout the implementation process.
Assist in the development of training methods and materials for in-house and customer use.
Conduct advanced and optional training, audit services, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
Maintain administrative requires required for new account management.
Assist support team by answering help desk tickets and phone calls as time allows.
Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference. Will attend/participate, and may present and/or assist with development of presentations.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
