Responsibilities:
Provide essential support to the Implementation Team by assisting with a variety of assigned tasks.
Participate in comprehensive training to develop deep technical knowledge of our platform, enabling you to take on increasing responsibility.
Gain proficiency in areas such as website builds, CRM configurations, workflow development, data imports, and system configurations.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
Provide technical assistance to clients during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Deliver product training as your expertise grows, empowering clients to effectively utilize our platform.
Collaborate with the team to complete specific implementation tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
