Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, including personal and business accounts.
Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members.
Provide general administrative and back-office support.
Conduct basic research in the financial sector using Google or generative AI tools.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions.
Transition seamlessly between remote work, business office, and home office environments.
Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using Google or generative AI software for research.
Familiarity with financial sector terminology.
Previous experience as an administrative or personal assistant.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
