Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Apply relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to workforce operations.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including event planning.
Support workplace investigations and contribute to responses for personnel-related concerns.
Prepare, submit, and maintain workforce, safety, and compliance reports.
Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate/deliver training sessions.
Act as a liaison between employees and payroll to resolve inquiries.
Maintain accurate records related to hiring, attendance, promotions, transfers, and other workforce changes.
Contribute to various projects as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a workforce support, HR, or administrative role within a manufacturing or sales environment preferred.
Experience in a unionized setting is a plus.
Proficiency in various software applications.
Ability to supply and wear required non-disposable PPE as needed.
