Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with HR software or systems
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Interpersonal and communication abilities
