Responsible for providing administrative and project support by assisting with the development and implementation of Human Resources core programs as well as interpretation of rules, regulations, policies and procedures.Assists the Human Resources Manager in analyzing and performing data collection for review in areas such as benefits, compensation, staffing/recruiting, HRIS, talent development and other human resources related tasks.Provides support with updating new hire information, job requisition/postings, changing payroll & benefits and/or performing additional human resources related tasks.Assists with maintenance of templates, training documents, data entry and ERP system support.Assists with providing ERP system testing, implementation and release support, and maintaining records and files.Assists with review of transaction results, assess system performance & accuracy; provides regularly status updates.Assists with audit employee initiated changes in the ERP system for accuracy and maintains records of data validation.Assists with investigating, and providing discrepancies and errors to Manager, as needed.Assist with preparation of ad-hoc reports as requested by Manager and/or Administration; provides support to the HRIS department on data validation.Maintains standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks while managing multiple and changing priorities.Assists with the preparation of the annual compensation plan and staffing plan.Assists with the transition of payroll data and new hire data to the new fiscal year.Stays abreast on current human resources trends, law and regulations. Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee/college records.Performs other duties as assigned.
