As Human Resources Administrator your role will be to provide support to the Human Resources Manager, as well as other Management. Performs a variety of duties to ensure that HR functions are being completed timely and efficiently. This position involves daily contact with employees and management.
Available Shifts:
1st: 6am-3pm
Monday - Friday
Pay Rate:
$20-$25/hr.
Work environment: Bright, clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment that produces medical devices.
Job Description:
- Daily and Weekly ADP updates and reports for time and attendance.
- Attendance related items tracking (points, time off, etc.)
- Assist with Benefit Enrollment, benefit tracking and follow up
- .Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly HR reporting requirements.
- Assist with new hire preparation and onboarding.
- Assist with exiting employee data entry and processing.
- Assist with training, both classroom and electronic training.
- Maintain and audit database information as needed (Benefits, Timekeeping, Training etc)
- Ability to meet deadlines and timelines.
- Filing and record keeping.
- Be actively involved in and promote an environment of continuous improvement, flexibility and teamwork.
- Assist with Safety Team.
- Assist with Employee Activities.
- Assist with Front Desk Coverage.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to interact with all people in sensitive, responsive manner.
- High level of listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Word. Excel and PowerPoint.
- ADP and Oracle experience is helpful.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Trustworthy with the ability to properly handle confidential, personal and HIPAA protected information.
