We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Client's Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and general HR administration.

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance data.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist in the management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Help maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employee handbooks, and policies.
Support training and development initiatives, tracking employee progress and certifications.
Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.

Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
