Responsibilities:
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate employee payments
Administer employee benefits, including PTO, health plans, and 401(k)
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance
Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive culture
Conduct safety training and ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations
Handle performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations as needed
Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to protect the company and its employees
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or skilled trades industries
Familiarity with payroll processing software
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience in Recruiting, payroll, benefits, or employee relations)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
