Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
