We are seeking a dedicated and experience Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR operations. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to recruit, retain and develop talented staff, while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Manage employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and professional development opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and career growth.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Lead efforts in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Monitor and address employee satisfaction and morale through surveys, feedback, and one-on-one meetings.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR management and nonprofit operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelor's degree preferred

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in a human resources leadership role
Understanding of employment laws, benefits administration and performance management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team successfully
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
