Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate entry of employee information
Tracking and working with personnel files for over 800 employees
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Preferred Strengths, Skills or Characteristics: accurate data entry, efficient, responsible, discretion/integrity, and positive to be around
Once the initial training is completed, the candidate for the position would be working independently with minimal collaboration with others.
HR Director keeps open communication with the HR Generalist as they support any HR needs, including most of the data entry
