Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee relations, mediate workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for organizational improvement.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Knowledge of employee performance management and training programs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
