Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain visitor logs.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain and organize the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Provide information and assistance to inquiries from various channels (in-person, phone, email).
Handle customer service issues and resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g., preparing paperwork, collecting documents).
Maintain employee records and files.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
Assist with HR-related tasks as assigned.
