o Hours: 20 hours per week (Choose between Mon-Tues, 5 hours each day, or two 10-
hour days on Mon & Wed) - NOT REMOTE, MUST WORK ONSITE
Assignment Length: 6 months to 1 year with potential for permanent hire
- Valuable training in HUD regulations and housing compliance
- Supportive team environment with experienced staff available for training
- Private office space with access to a conference room and laptop provided
Responsibilities:
??? Receive a list of residents requiring recertification each month
??? Send out and track completion of required paperwork
??? Verify and update residents personal and financial information
??? Follow up with residents to collect missing documentation (e.g., Social Security numbers, pay
stubs, child support payments)
??? Communicate with residents primarily by phone, with some in-person interactions
??? Accurately calculate rent based on HUD regulations and finalize lease agreements
??? Maintain organized records and update spreadsheets for tracking recertifications
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous HUD experience (not required, training provided)
- Experience with EIV System, Enterprise Income Verification, PIC System, or Public Housing

- Background in public housing or affordable housing compliance
