• Responsible for driving sales, growth, and profitability for division offices, with an emphasis on increasing private pay and waiver billable hours and revenue
• Supervise, manage, and train all team members within division offices
• Schedule a minimum of 600 billable homecare hours of work per week
• Execute 2 new homecare contracts per month with an emphasis on private pay and waiver clients
• Partner with team members to attend 3 external events per quarter with at least one of the events being aimed at private pay clients
• Perform in-person and telephonic client visits when necessary
• Train and develop Homecare Recruiters and ensure performance metrics are achieved
• Manage and direct all Homecare Service Coordinators to ensure compliance with the Department of Health and all required client visits
• Support the finance team with timecard verification and ensure that client billing aligns with staffing hours

Homecare

• Prior knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Must possess leadership and supervisory skills
• Travel up to 50%
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
• Attend all Manager and Assistant Manager meetings, both on-site and off-site when notified in writing by DNA of required attendance
• Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
