We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our Grounds Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring that our contract operations are managed efficiently, meeting all required standards. The Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with contract requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the government, with the authority to make decisions on behalf of the organization.
Ensure all employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with contractual requirements and government regulations.
Manage and maintain the contract budget, ensuring cost-effective processes.
Oversee scheduling, time card approvals, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and implement process improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with safety practices, including equipment operation, vehicle use, and adherence to safety regulations.
Analyze and maintain compliance with the AbilityOne Program, including reporting and scheduling.
Maintain security clearance and compliance with drug-free workplace policies.
Manage government-furnished property and maintain site-specific safety and health programs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with Labor Unions and regulatory laws.
Experience leading high-performing teams.
Familiarity with Affirmative Action Plans and the AbilityOne Program.
Experience working with community agencies or individuals with disabilities.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
One year of relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment.
OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, as well as wage and hour laws.
