our Plumbing Solved Operating System. Maintain consistency among all business processes agreed
upon with CEO
? Analyze current strategies and workflows for incremental improvement
? Preparing and presenting reports to the CEO
? Working closely with the CEO on all matters related to the business
? Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans as needed

? Cultivating and providing opportunities for new & rising talent within the company

Responsibilities:
- Always Representing and presenting the CEO and Company in the highest regard
- Ability to understand, articulate, and uphold the CEO's vision in a positive light
- Execute Top Level Strategies and Vision developed by the CEO
- Supervising all daily operations of the company with the leadership team through meetings and
measurables (KPIs)
