Stacking: This consists of a shared buddy lift of an assembly which weighs between 100-140 lbs. They lean the assembly then share the half weight to set it. The stack is only four high. The wheel height flat is 10.25 inches per wheel. On average they don’t lift a wheel assembly more than 36 inches from the floor but it’s always supposed to be supported.
Wrapping: This consists of walking around a four-high stack of strapped assembly’s with a large wrap just like the Reynolds wrap but a high volume. Each core weight about 14 lbs. to start and gets lighter as you go.
