• Assist in the setup and operation of box manufacturing machinery
• Load raw materials (cardboard, glue, etc.) onto production lines
• Perform manual tasks to support the production of boxes, including folding, stacking, and gluing
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure boxes meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping duties
• Assist with packaging and labeling finished boxes for shipment
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Production/Manufacturing

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift boxes or materials up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role (preferred but not required)
• Ability to operate basic machinery or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
