You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that require physical strength, endurance, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. To be successful as a General Laborer you need to be reliable, punctual, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM FRIDAY - SATURDAY and SUNDAYS ONLY - (36 hours)
Will train MONDAY -THURSDAY 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Training pay is $17 per hour. Pay increases to $22 per hour once moved to the Friday, Saturday, Sunday shift

Qualifications:
General Labor - Cell Prep
- Ability to use industrial pressure washer
- Be able to apply caulk/sealants with manual and pneumatic caulk guns
- Prepare surfaces for paint coatings (masking, plastic coverage, cleaning)
- Use power tools (air guns, drills, grinders, sanders, mixers, etc.)
- Use handheld power tools (drills, grinders, screw guns, etc.)
Painting Application
- Use of plural component spray machines and air assisted paint machines
- Polyurea or Polyurethane based coatings/foam
- Water-based paints/primers
- Pneumatic tools (air guns, drills, grinders, sanders, mixers, etc.)
- Be able to use handheld power tools (drills, grinders, screw guns, etc.)
- Use of ladders/scaffolding and ability to work at elevated positions up
- Use of positive pressure supplied air hoods
- Maintain & clean spray equipment
Outfitting / Shipping
- Apply caulk/sealants with manual and pneumatic caulk guns
- Ability to use pneumatic tools (air guns, drills, grinders, rivet guns, etc.)
- Be able to use handheld power tools (drills, grinders, screw guns, rivet guns, etc.)
- Use of ladders/scaffolding and ability to work at elevated positions
- Installation of Toilet fixtures, shower accessories, towel hooks, steel mirrors, hollow metal doors, and light fixtures.
- Use of basic hand tools
- Coatings touch up, cleaning and inspection
- Loading flatbed trucks, handling shipping paperwork and communicating with drivers
