We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented In-Office Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join a small, dedicated team of five professionals in managing the financial operations of a company specializing in buying and selling shopping centers and other real estate properties. Responsibilities:
Perform all bookkeeping tasks, including:
- Entering and depositing checks.
- Processing vendor payments.
- Conducting account reconciliations.
Collaborate with the accountant on year-end tax returns and financial reporting.
Manage financial distributions for tenants and investors using Excel spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities and partnerships.
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to handle daily financial transactions and generate reports.
Provide financial support and reporting for a portfolio of 50?60 investors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in the shopping center or real estate industry.
Familiarity with managing financial records for multiple entities and partnerships.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
Exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and contribute to a collaborative workplace.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for managing financial transactions and reporting.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping processes, including reconciliations, tax preparation, and vendor management.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with vendors, tenants, and investors.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
