Answering multi-line phone system
Managing tasks and Document Lists and doing Quality Control in American Connect
Learning, using, and promoting ???The Y??? (our office internal communication system) within your office
Monitoring and managing daily emails
Greeting and directing guests with a warm welcome
Creating On-Call Schedule for Agents
Receiving, Sorting, and Distributing Daily Mail
Monitoring office supplies at your specific location and regularly submitting list of needed items for
order (to include copy paper, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Printing checks as needed
Turning all lights on and opening up office each morning
Handling tasks as needed to prepare for Wednesday morning Sales Meeting
Coordinating with and backing up the Front Office Coordinators at other locations during lunch and
during approved time out of office
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Knowledge in platforms as directed (American Home Shield, ERA Moves, Social Boost, etc.)
