Responsibilities:
Answering phones, taking messages, and providing general information to staff and customers
Filing, copying, and maintaining records.
Organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse office environment.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Assisting in task given by HR manager.
Assisting with warehouse tasks if needed.
Submitting employees in data base for new hires or overall records for current employees.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Experienced in employee relations is required.
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
