Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department or individual, and take messages accurately.
Provide information and assistance to customers, both in person and over the phone.
Determine the nature of the customer's visit and direct them to the appropriate salesperson, service advisor, or other staff member.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform various administrative tasks, such as: Data entry, Filing, Mail distribution, Processing paperwork
Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Familiarity with dealership software.

High School
