Responsibilities:
Handle multiline telephone system.
Make copies of documents for various departments for distribution.
Handle outgoing faxes and distribute incoming faxes to appropriate intercompany mail boxes and notify receiver of the incoming fax.
Greet visitors and customers coming on premises, notify party they are here to visit.
Sort incoming mail by various companies and place in appropriate intercompany mail boxes by name and department.
Handle any assigned data entry projects.
Complete additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Basic math skills
Work accurately in a timely, safe and effective manner
Be able to follow written and verbal procedures
Computer proficiency entire Microsoft office suite

Professional telephone etiquette

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior Office Admin, Receptionist experience required.
Team work and interpersonal skills
Be able to lift 20 lbs. alone or up to 40 lbs. with assistance
