Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting spaces.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures, such as logging visitors and issuing badges.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information or redirecting as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Monitor and report any maintenance or technical issues in the reception area.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Familiarity with scheduling software and office management tools.
Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and customer service principles.
Proficiency in additional languages for bilingual or multilingual settings.
Experience managing security protocols, such as visitor logs and access systems.
