The Picker Packer/Replenishment Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, packing, and/or replenishing products within a freezer warehouse environment. This role involves working in a cold environment (approximately 5 degrees Celsius/41 degrees Fahrenheit) and requires physical stamina to handle products, operate equipment, and stand/walk for extended periods. The associate will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and that inventory is maintained properly within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including verifying items and quantities, labeling, and safely operating material handling equipment.
- Replenish pick locations, ensure stock rotation (FIFO), organize inventory, and monitor/report inventory levels.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, follow safety procedures, report issues, assist with other warehouse tasks, and work as part of a team.
- Work in a freezer environment (around 5 degrees Celsius/41 degrees Fahrenheit), use provided PPE (bibs, jackets, hot hands, hot feet), and take precautions to prevent cold-related injuries.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in a freezer or cold storage setting.
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a cold environment and use provided PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Proficiency in reading warehouse documents and performing basic math.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
