Spherion Staffing is looking for Forklift Operators in Fargo.
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise in a distribution environment. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties in addition to his or her own.

Initial Schedule: M-F, 7am-3:30pm / 3:30pm-12:00am; all training regardless of shift will be M-F, 7am-3:30pm
Normal hours of operation:
1st shift: M-Th, 6am-4:30pm
2nd shift: M-Th, 4:30pm-3am
Weekend: Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm
Pay: $20/hour + shift differential
Responsibilities:
-Unload inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations
-Stack and store merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull or other powered equipment
-Pull and prepare products for shipment
-Ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
-Perform picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards
-Move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
-Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
-Maintain appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security
-Assist in physical inventories
-Ensure proper stock rotation
-Conduct cycle counts as requested
-Excel knowledge and general computer knowledge a plus

-Minimum of 12 months of forklift operation and general warehouse experience is required
-Must be able to communicate well with Leadership, Team Members and other departments
