Reputable company in Marion is seeking Forklift drivers. These opportunities offer great longevity with a growing team and sustainable company.

Available Shifts:
3rd Shift: 7pm-5:30am (Monday-Thursday)
3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7am (Sunday-Thursday)

New starts would all begin on 2nd shift for their first week to complete orientation and training.  Then move to their assigned shift (if different) in week 2.

Pay Rate:
$19.25/hr.

Work environment:
Bright, clean environment with a breakroom.

Job Description:
Must be comfortable getting on and off a forklift for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. regularly.

Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 90 days

Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 35lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require high school diploma. Clean criminal background required. Minimal 1 year of forklift experience.
