Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour plus bonus

Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, suspension systems, clutches, Allison transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulic systems, steering systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and air brake systems.
Accurately diagnose and resolve driver-reported equipment issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of component failures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
Conduct annual inspections in compliance with DOT requirements.
Perform welding as needed.
Utilize personal tools to execute job duties effectively.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Skills:
Experience with Allison transmissions.
Welding experience.
Certifications related to diesel engine repair or heavy equipment maintenance.
Ability to use diagnostic software.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience.
1 year of proven experience in diesel engine repair.
Working knowledge of DOT requirements.
