Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Structural Fitting, welding, Blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to fabricate and assemble structural components.
Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
Utilize welding techniques to join metal parts securely.
Operate machinery such as press brake machines and cranes for lifting heavy materials.
Perform rigging tasks to safely move and position materials onsite.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to build structural frameworks for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or issues as necessary.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with Plasma Cutters, press brakes etc.
Forklift
Management/Supervisor experience a plus

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and renderings accurately.
Proficiency in SMAW (Stick), FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, and Pulse MIG welding processes.
Skilled in using rigging equipment, torches, and hand tools for ironwork and welding tasks.
Proven experience (5 years) in welding and fabrication is essential.
Familiarity with operating cranes and forklifts is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment and processes effectively.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
Previous experience in rigging is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle large structural steel components.
