Responsibilities:
- Managing the plants financial reporting process, including month-end and year-end closings, budgets, and forecasts.
- Supporting ad-hoc financial projects and preparing presentations to drive key business initiatives.
- Developing and monitoring P&L forecasts, key performance metrics, and cost accounting strategies.
- Providing analysis and recommendations for operations, market segmentation, pricing, and contracts.
- Overseeing compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and SOX requirements.
- Leading the cycle count process and working with auditors during year-end reviews.
- Driving system implementations and financial IT initiatives.
- Collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams to build value-driven customer offers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance.
- Experience with ERP/manufacturing systems and their relation to financial performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive business improvements.
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to link financial plans to strategic objectives.
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and motivating teams in a collaborative environment.
- Advanced documentation, reporting, and computer skills, including ERP and financial systems expertise.
