Responsibilities:
Customer Advocacy: Conduct site visits to assess needs, evaluate conditions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise: Develop and apply knowledge of access control systems, door hardware, and power panels.
Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to address site-specific challenges.
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve on-site issues, minimizing downtime.
Training & Commissioning: Assist with system commissioning and provide hands-on training for end users.
Relationship Building: Build strong, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Travel: Manage extensive travel (75%) within your region, ensuring timely site visits.
Reporting: Document site assessments, customer feedback, and resolutions.
Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure installations meet industry standards.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Technical knowledge of door hardware, electric door switching, and fire egress.
Experience with security product installations.
Familiarity with construction sites.
Hands-on installation skills with basic tools.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a trade skill within the low voltage industry.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to learn and explain integrated solutions.
Flexibility for extensive travel (75%), including overnight stays.
Clean driving record and active passport.
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver timely, accurate results.
