This role involves traveling to various client sites to install, configure, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and related hardware and software. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to understand client systems and specifications.
Install and configure industrial equipment, including wiring, touchscreens, hubs, and wireless systems.
Perform testing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates effectively.
Maintain detailed service reports, travel logs, and expense records.
Provide end-user support through training and problem resolution for both hardware and software systems.
Identify and resolve issues with industrial electrical components by interpreting blueprints and schematics.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with personal computer systems.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Hands-on experience with battery handling or food processing equipment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in manufacturing technology or a related field preferred.
Proven experience installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment and related hardware/software.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting electrical components in industrial settings.
Ability to work at elevated heights (up to 45 feet) using man lifts or similar equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with customers and contractors.
Availability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
